Established in 1995 , WE have grown organically from humble beginnings to an established company with a proven track record of delivery. WE pride ourselves on our UNDERSTANDing of the complexity of being able to undertake a wide variety of BUILDING projects - and successfully execute them. Whilst our ability to anticipate the challenges of the BUILDING industry may not be unique , they are effective. Our investment in human capital has been a focus , and WE UNDERSTAND that it is crucial to the sustainable growth of our company --- and delivery of our pledge to our clients , associated professionals and stakeholders. |

Our directors are personally involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Founding directors , Orazio Di Paola and Dino Grasso , later joined by Graham Southgate , contribute a wealth of diverse knowledge to the company and it’s operations. A sound UNDERSTANDing and experience in the operational practicalities of BUILDING which collectively spans 80 years , is reinforced by a dedicated team. This team comprises people dedicated to the day-to-day operations on our BUILDING projects, being contacts managers as well as full time on-site management. Every project has a dedicated quantity surveying team allocated both on and off-site to ensure effective cost control. Behind this and often not visible, are our administrative personnel whom ensure that WE operate in an efficient and effective manner to enable a cost effective conclusion to every BUILDING project. |
