This 80 bed hospital located in Vredenburg on the West Coats serves 120 000 people as a district Hospital.
The project involved the demolition of a portion of the existing hospital , bulk earthworks and the construction of a three floor building requiring a high level of quality finishes. Incorporated are complex specialist services such as medical gas installations , access control , fire detection , HVAC , hospital lifts , nurse call systems etc , backup automated water tower and backup electrical generation facility with associated substation structures. Site works included all necessary  access and parking as well as construction of a helicopter landing facility.
