This retirement facility located in Tokai consists of a single story frail care centre  and a double story apartment block incorporating one bedroom apartments with life rights. The frail care centre houses all support services such as kitchens , dining areas , library and administration centre as well as single rooms. This project was  constructed over an 11 month period.
